2- Cut Your Fat: Avoid the things just as fried & junk food, dairy products just as cheese, high fat milk & ice cream. There are substitute of these products in the form of low fat contents. You have to always remember that lean, mean fat burning machine.
3- Quit Smoking Now: Keep it in your mind and don't forget that every ciggrate reduces 12 precious minutes from your life & it is totally upto you that how long do you want to live.
4- Reduce Stress: Stress buster comes in many forms. Sometimes you caught by working conditions & some of the times through family affairs. Try to spend atleast half-hour every day in your favourite hobby. Avoid hard people as shortly as possible.
5- Always Protect Yourself From Pollution; Gift of modern life. If you cannot live in a smog free environment, try to leave the colse areas containg harmful smog. Gardening in your yard is also good to decrease pollution.
